New clients to pay in full before first appointment - if you choose to pay via bank transfer, this must be completed within 24 hours of booking or your booking will be cancelled.
Evening Appointments are for regular clients ONLY - please do not book an evening if you do not usually or are a new client, i will unfortunatly have to cancel it.
If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, unfortunatly it will need to be rearranged and you will be charged a 50% no show fee which will need to be paid before rebooking. This is to ensure I dont run over my alloted times for clients.
